Gift cards are delivered by email and then they can use the voucher code to book the tickets online. Just bring the voucher code to the event and you can spend the balance on the day. People generally spend an additional $65 + on the day to build their terrarium.
Tickets can be exchanged to another date if it doesn't suit, but no refunds on tickets or vouchers soz.
