How gross is the xmas anxiety and chaos at the shops? Way cooler to be organised, make something that won't be thrown in the bin or on sale after the big day. We thought it could be a good idea to use your terrarium skills to make your xmas pressies this year PLUS socialise + eat + drink while doing it. We'll gift wrap every terrarium you make as a gift too.

This is a ticketed event with only 16 tickets available per evening.

$120 per person includes:

90 mins on our roof terrace to taste five courses of dumplings by new foodie on the block; Maxwells Dirty Dumplings paired with five wines to match by German winemaker, Wine Window

Followed by an extended 90mins session time at BYOTB with $100 bar tab to spend on whatever you want. Make a big ass terrarium for you or a few for Christmas gifts.

Elsa is a German living in Sydney who has devoted her recent years of life to bring delicious but affordable German wine to the Aussie table. She used to be a lawyer who was ticking boxes and kicking goals until she realised that wine was way more fun. Her wines are produced by young winemakers in family owned wineries in the Rheinhessen and Pfalz area. Wine Windows varieties are enjoyed in many hipster eateries in Sydney, such as Yan, General Chao, Cured and Concordia German Club. She will be making a guest appearance to personally talk you through her 5 favourite wines to match Maxwell’s Dirty Dumplings. You will also be able to buy a bottle of anything you fall in love with on the day.

Meet Maxwell, the man behind Maxwell's Dirty Dumplings. Maxwell is passionate about two things in life. Asian cooking and finding love. He became a genius when he put the two together and decided to cook dumplings for the men he wanted to win. He travels deep into the Asian precincts of Sydney to source the most genuine flavours. So what makes his dumplings dirty? A secret only the Little Succers tribe can know. His homemade dumplings get him lucky. Every. Single. Time. Straight men and married women have since tasted his dumplings and they all want in. Now he is launching his street food with street cred, and serving them at our special Christmas edition of Little Succers BYOTB. He is dying to get feedback from people he doesn’t want to sleep with. Trust us, these dumplings are to die for.
